Standard Test Methods for Remote Operations: Operator Rounds and Incident Response

This document describes two Mission Definitions and their decomposition into Elemental Tasks and proposed Standard Test Methods. Existing Standard Test Methods from ASTM International Subcommittee E54.09 on Homeland Security Applications: Response Robots, and other standards organizations, are identified as candidates for near term adoption or adaptation. The goal is to support the immediate-term use of a small number of easy-to-adopt, high impact, generally applicable Standard Test Methods by SPRINT Robotics and its members.
